mother's day

my sweet honey spoils me. he asked what i wanted for breakfast, and he makes the BEST french toast. so it was naturally the most tasty thing.

then at church, they said they had something for all the mothers (i think i'm the only not youth not mother in the whole ward. i totally took one too. it's cool) that they'd pass out in the last block. 

and it was PIE/CHEESECAKE. i love this ward. this was the most tasty mother's day treat. 

second gift: kitty for a day!!! don't tell my landlord.
my best friend ardis has two kittens, and she totally let me come steal one for a few hours!

she wasn't too sure about the car, and i got carsick turning around to pet her, but it was so worth it.

he stole her from me, so we just took turns the whole afternoon.

we watched sound of music and into the woods. it was a musical kind of sunday. thanks to the nisbets for lending both to us...

i'm sure grateful for my mothers/grandmas! so huge shoutout to them for all they do. i hate being a state away so we miss celebrating with them!
