here's all i got from christmas

the most common problem on my phone is that i have no room for more pictures.  so i use another app and take screen shots.  this time: snapchat. so, as much as the shiz on the screen bugs me, i'd rather have the memory than a perfect picture!

we got to spend 2 weeks in utah for christmas. it was the absolute best.

mooch got to meet everyone, and loved it. 

everyone else loved it a little, too.

we got to my parents house in time to visit with everyone, before heading out to zupa's to meet the munnses for dinner! it was a sweet, sweet reunion.

we took up 3 booths. it was the greatest.

we went to temple square to see if we could catch a carriage ride. luckily we made it. even though it was freezing cold, we had a blast.

and saw buddy the elf + santa.
 

i just can't believe that's baby sam bundle up..! looks too much like max. heart eyes for days.

we were able to get right on the carriage as soon as everyone made it from finding a parking spot. it's been a fun tradition-- thank you, mom and dad!

after, we went home and visited some more. and loved on the doggy.

jess loved on her, too. and it just warmed my whole heart. i need my family to come visit us!

during those 2 weeks i had shay do my hair again... and dang, does sanctuary day spa pamper you!! she was the sweetest to bring me the most lovely treat while my color sat!

and we got some quick family pictures..! (10 mins or less. it was the best).

and jordan held our nephews. so it was a heart loving explosion overload. in my heart. and after that it melted to a puddle. so. ya know.

we spent a lot of time with these two dogs wrestling endlessly.  they became the best of friends. lindsay's dog is a pit/lab mix--kudzu.  and mooch is a pit/terrier mix. she's much smaller than kudzu, but she could hold her own! mostly they drove me crazy with the constant noise.

mooch also happened to ruin christmas, getting out of her kennel and shredding presents, letting kudzu out and chewing up julie's laundry basket. so. that was awesome. but they would curl up with anyone who napped on the floor. and that was adorable.

this is one of my favorite christmas traditions. julie plays and we sing around the piano. except that we need everyone to be there. because it's more fun with everyone.

christmas eve was spent at prestwiches. oh man, i love that family of mine. jordan and i sang baby it's cold outside.

and this jordan asked for help giving mom and dad their christmas present. i gleefully obliged.

i can't remember what else we did, but i do remember it was the best. 

jordan surprised me with my couch for christmas!!! the white corner ektorp sectional form ikea!! it was an adventure to get it home. :) but i'm sure a lucky girl.
